Mike Tessalone

In his role, Mike is responsible for both the financial and  corporate operations of the business. He is also responsible for driving growth through market engagement and evaluating new partnership & investment opportunities.

Mike comes to TSIQ from Willis Towers Watson PLC, where he served as a Senior Vice President for Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, an investment bank focused solely on the insurance industry. In this role, he executed strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising transactions across a broad spectrum of P&C insurance, distribution/MGA and service companies.

Michael received a B.S. in Finance (magna cum laude) from the Pennsylvania State University. When not working Mike enjoys playing golf, traveling, good food and cheering on his Nittany Lions, New York Jets and Yankees.
